We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund no questions asked.
Free Trial
All HandoverIQ plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period. You will only be charged if you choose to continue after your trial ends.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe and are not satisfied with HandoverIQ, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment. To request a refund:
- Email info@handoveriq.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include the email address associated with your account
- We will process your refund within 5 business days
Subsequent Billing Cycles
After the first 14 days, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the HandoverIQ app under account settings, or by emailing info@handoveriq.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period you keep full access until then.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of extended service outages (more than 72 consecutive hours) directly caused by HandoverIQ, we will issue a pro-rated credit for the affected period. We assess each case individually and aim to be fair.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
